Eye Kandy Liquid Sugar is a water based sealer that bonds glitter, metallic’s and micas (powder make-up) to your eyelids, or any other skin surface.

Ingredients include: Water, SDA-40 alcohol, Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Triethanolamine, Propylene Glycol, Imidazolidinyl urea, Methylparaben, Propylparabeu.

Beautiful mixing medium!

Very pleased with this purchase via the recommendation of Shirley Beats. I used this with 3 different types of eyeshadow products that have different textures and all of them surprisingly mixed so smoothly. I used this to create eyeliner shades that I don’t have and its a game changer. Can’t wait to try it in other ways. Thx! - @shimmer_byshim

This is (at least) my fourth bottle. I use it to set the Eye Candy Glitter Sugars, which I put on my lips. After applying the sugar, I blot my lips and then gently brush them with the Liquid Sugar. It works great!

Seriously blown away by this product. I don’t know what this magic liquid is but it’s incredible and not only locks in glitter but also loose pigments and eyeshadows for a smudgeproof clean easy application! I will never let my kit run low on this product after now trying it, so impressed!!!

I have been using this product for many years and I love it. I add a drop to any eyeshadow (mostly loose mineral ones) and it instantly becomes a liquid eyeliner that stays on ALL DAY!

I had been using a different "glitter" base (really just a sticky eye primer) but this liquid sugar is NO JOKE. It made my glitter look absolutely stunning. Don't need a lot per application, but don't be afraid of using a bit more than you think you'll need. So worth the price!

I have tried every glitter "glue" and primer on the marker. Liquid sugar is the only one that holds the glitter in place until you take it off. A little goes a long way!!!.. The glitter doesn't flake off at all.
